If customer return a product or part that is ineligible for service, Spider Farmer will charge customer credit card/paypal for the authorized amount. The LED lights purchased for 1 to 5 years can get free accessories or trade-in allowance.

Grow Tents can be no reason to return and exchange in 30 days. Grow Tents must be in the original condition. Spider Farmer will bear the shipping cost for return or replacement.

Please check if the package is intact within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please send related videos or photos of the defective product and photos of all labels on the package to us on Pricetronic, we will help you solve the problem as asap.
