New, old stock. Work fine. Built in thermistor. Contacted Luminus Devices and the do not have the specs for these devices anymore. They are 445nm diode devices, not sure how they work. PHLATlight stands for PH otonic LAT tice lightsource. Copper-backed circuit for heat dissipation.
