We inspected it carefully, and we're confident that the system has never been out of it's box, never been plugged in or used- it's still packed in with all of the original packing materials and styrofoam, but I think one of my employees opened it to either check on the power cord, or "borrow" the power cord for another Fluence Spydr-x fixture.  A power cord is included.  These shipped from the factory with only one power cord, but the fixtures can be used with 3 or 4 different types of power cords, so it was common for retailers to open boxes and grab or exchange different power cords when selling a system.  The last image of a SPYDRx hanging and powered up is just for demo purposes so you can see what a SPYDRx looks like when it's on.
