I do not have the full history in this light. Turned on immediately with no issues. There are some of the LED lights that are out. Pictures 2,3,4 and 5 show the 4 quadrants so you can see all of the lights that are out. I counted about 34 out, but they are random throughout the light.
Has power cord , rope, and hanging hooks.
Cosmetically in good condition. Does have some paint chips and a small dent on the bottom edge.
